Problem Statement:
Client would retain all it’s engineering and operations units viz. Counters (Check-in, Security), Baggage Handling System, Elevators, Escalators, Restrooms etc. available at 100% level (24/7) even though the airport would see fluctuation in terms of passenger footfall across hours with scenarios where traffic would be as low as 20% of the full capacity. This led to wastage of resources – People, Energy and Money.
